Reading longer Hindi words taken from Veena's own chapters — चंद्रयान, रस्साकशी, खिचड़ी.

Veena (Class 3 Hindi). Every word comes from a chapter of the book, so a child meets it in class and again here.

Reading a word and matching it to its picture, one word from each Santoor unit.

Santoor (Class 3 English) — its four units are Fun with Friends, Toys and Games, Good Food and The Sky.

Choosing litres, kilograms or metres for everyday things — milk, rice, ribbon.

Maths Mela Ch 11 ("Filling and Lifting"). Picked over place value because every game here asks for a picture, and a number is not a picture.

Our Wondrous World (Class 3). At Class 3 EVS is replaced by The World Around Us, and unlike Class 1–2 it has a real NCERT textbook.

Ordering longer chains — the water cycle, cotton into a shirt, a seed into fruit.

General Knowledge. Longer chains than Class 2, and the water cycle is a loop rather than a line.

Art & Craft. Still no NCERT book at Class 3 — Kriti, the arts textbook, starts at Class 6 — so no chapter is cited.

The traditional games — kabaddi, kho-kho, gilli danda, pithoo — and yoga and exercise.

Khel Yoga (Class 3), NCERT's first-ever Physical Education textbook, first edition 2024. Its traditional-games section is a child's own playground, not an imported curriculum.
